HF cannot guarantee the success of any visa application. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. HF will use its best efforts to assist you with the application process, but we cannot control the outcome.
Our fees are clearly communicated before any services are rendered. You are responsible for paying all agreed-upon fees in full before the specified deadlines. Payment methods will be communicated separately.
HF maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not share your information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
HF reserves the right to terminate its services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate our services at any time. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees will be due and payable.
